The trailer of Suriya's Scene will be out at 7:30 PM on 31 October 2026, production houses Zhagaram Studios and 2D Entertainment announced on X that morning, a week before the Jithu Madhavan film opens in cinemas worldwide on 6 November as a Diwali release. The two banners shared the news in matching posts with a new poster, declaring that the scene is set.
Where the trailer fits in
The timing answers a question left open when the makers first announced an audio and trailer launch at Sairam Institutions in Chennai, scheduled from 5 PM on the same day. Neither post says whether the trailer will be shown first at the event or where it will go online.
On 30 October, the production houses counted down to the launch with posts calling it tomorrow's event, and a separate video post said that DSP Inbaraj takes charge in one week.
The campaign so far
The makers introduced Suriya as DSP Inbaraj in a glimpse released on 26 October 2026, and announced on 28 October that the film has a U/A certificate. Sushin Shyam is the composer, according to the credits on the film's official song releases.
Jyotika and Suriya are the producers, and the cast includes Nazriya Nazim and Naslen, whose role as Eswaran marks his Tamil debut, as Suriya confirmed on 22 October.
