Director Janakiraman said on 15 October 2026 that Tamil film Titanic, starring Kalaiyarasan and Anandhi, is being postponed by one week to 23 October because of limited screen availability, moving it off the 16 October window that producer C. V. Kumar and Thirukumaran Entertainment had been promoting.
Writing on X from his handle @jhanithecreator, the director stated: "Due to less number of available screens we are postponing the release of our film TITANIC for one week. Hope OCT 23rd will be our day..."
