Yen Indha Pennukku, the second single from Mu. Maran's Appa Kutty (2026), is due on 3 November 2026, actor and composer Vijay Antony confirmed in a nearly two-minute promo he posted on X at about 5:15 PM IST on 2 November. The video, which features Vijay Antony and actor Preethi Asrani, ends on a title card reading "Second single" and "From tomorrow", followed by a card for the film's theatrical release on 20 November.
A delayed release, played for laughs
The song was first meant to arrive earlier. On 31 October, Vijay Antony announced that it would be out on 1 November in Tamil and Telugu, calling it a meaningful love song. In the new post, he jokingly took the blame for the delay.
The 31 October announcement credited the lyrics to Arun Bharathi and Bhashyasree and the vocals to Ruksar Bhandhukia. Mu. Maran is credited as the film's writer and director, and the song is billed as a Vijay Antony musical.
Second from the album
The single follows Appava Pola, the film's first song, which Vijay Antony released on his Vijay Antony Music label on 23 October 2026. The closing card of the new promo credits Vijay Antony Film Corporation, presented by Meera Vijay Antony, with Five Star K. Senthil handling the film's release.
